Shopping FAQ


  • If you have any cold or flu like symptoms, please do not enter these premises.
  • You must wear a mask or face shield as mandated by Provincial order.
  • We are limiting the number of customers that can be in the store at the same time.
  • You must use proper social distancing while in the store. This is 2 metres apart.
  • Any failure to follow the above or the requests from the staff you will be asked to leave the premises.


Purchases will be processed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.


Shipping costs will be added, depending on order total.

Any orders returned to MacDermott’s due to failed delivery/pick up attempts will be subject to subsequent shipping charges.

Gift wrapping is not available for international orders due to custom’s regulations.


Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price.


Products being returned must be unworn, clean, scentless and undamaged. MacDermott’s reserves the right to refuse returns of any product not found to be in re-salable condition. The return process must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. MacDermott’s does not cover the cost of return shipping.
